Return & Refund Policy – Wowscentiments
At Wowscentiments, customer satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to delivering high-quality fragrances while ensuring a safe, transparent, and reliable shopping experience.
1. Return Eligibility
Customers can request a return within 15 days of delivery.
The product must be 90% or more unused.
Item must be in its original packaging (box, bottle, and accessories).
The perfume must be original and unaltered (no changes, dilution, or damage).
2. Verification Process
All returned products go through a strict quality and authenticity verification.
Refund will only be issued after confirming the product is original and not tampered with.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Orders with a total value of PKR 10,000 or above are not eligible for return.
Tester perfumes / sample kits are non-returnable.
Used, damaged, or altered items will not be accepted.
4. Refund Policy
Once the product passes verification, refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
Refund will be issued through the original payment method.
5. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
In case of return or exchange, customers will bear the re-delivery charges.
6. Contact Policy
Return or refund requests will only be accepted if made through the same phone number and email address used to place the order.
Requests made from different contact details will not be considered valid.
7. Damage or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof (images/video).
Always record a video while opening your parcel as proof; this will help us process your claim quickly and fairly.
Our team will ensure a quick and fair resolution at no extra cost.
8. Important Note
Wowscentiments reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet the above conditions. However, we are fully committed to providing a safe and trustworthy shopping experience. If your product meets our return criteria, your return will be processed smoothly and without hassle.
